Refund Policy

REFUND CONDİTİONS

PumpAndRich offers a refund policy for the crypto investment signals and services provided. Refunds are only available in cases where the service is inaccessible or due to technical issues preventing the delivery of the service. Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days after your purchase. Please submit your request via email at sales@pumpandrich.com. Your request will be reviewed, and if deemed valid, the refund process will be initiated.

REFUND AND PROCESSING TIME

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Refunds will only be processed for valid and approved requests.
